A lifelong visitor to Israel who has been writing about the country’s food culture for almost 20 years, Adeena lives, cooks and writes in Tel Aviv

בתוך הקמפוס הקולינרי של בית הספר בנמל תל אביב פועלת ה״סקוליארד״, מסעדת בית הספר.
במסעדה מתרגלים התלמידים מיומנויות בישול והגשה בתנאים המדמים עבודה במסעדה. הלימודים במסעדה הם בעלי ערך רב ומאפשרים לסטודנטים להטמיע שיטות עבודה שעד כה לא היו אפשריות.
